    Nice to know. I also have some R520 here but my engine is running so well with the PP764 I dont think I will every change it. Most probabply would change to a 11mm pump then the nozzles.

    70k kms now since rebuild .. still going strong: Development on the car stopped as a trackcar is now the main money spender . Aside from a clutch that went worn and a engine mount that couldnt handle the abuse everything is great on this near 20 year old daily :D

    4013 is correct but be carefull removing that limiter. My pump maxes out at 4.7v in VAG COM after proper hammer mod.

    I once had a stock A4 130 tdi with that problem. MAP was always reading more less 2500mbar. We changed the map did not even try to clean it.
