You need the bleeder screw open to pump out the old fluid. No air will be sucked into the system because of the tube being submerged in fluid from the bottle.

My 09 with 160,000 miles just starting running rough at a cold start. I give her a little throttle and she smooth's out. By the time I get to the end of my road (1/4 mile) she runs normal.

My 09 has developed a shake at cold start up. Pop the hood and you can see the engine rocking back and forth. She's approaching 160,000 miles with zero issues to date. If I give it some throttle to about 1,200 rpm's she smooth's out. Once warm she idles as smooth as silk. Any suggestions?
