    the 110 and the 140 shares same turbo, nozzles and pump as far as i know. but the 110 only have 5 gears and smallere clutch. lots of 110@180-185 here in denmark, and around 360nm.

    the engine is the same as the CR 140bhp, turbo, fuel system and so on. just with remap thise get around 180-185bhp and 350-ish NM. more NM can be made, but all the 110bhp cars i have seen is 5 speed gearboks

    but you want to improve it futher, panel filter = 0HP = 150 euro Exhaust, dont waste money there, it makes no sense = 400-800-1000 euro. As Hatemi (who is a hardcore diesel veteran) states, DPF delete, bigger turbo and new remap.

    way to big turbo, unless use for nos for spooling or some king of air compressor to shot lots of air into ext housing to get that thing to spool. Sell the turbo to some DSM/honda/mitsu, they love the lag and 8000rpm.

    EA288 engine family

    that will be in the GTD/GTI/RS, fx the skoda octavia RS comes with 184bhp and 380nm.. pretty low, since that kind of power have been made for the last 10years or so with the pd130 with remap.. I would like to see the new engine with more than 200bhp stock.

    Best solution, put DPF back når bilen den skal til syn, but do it about one week before going to inspection so the DPF can clean the sot of the mufler.! Nogle synmænd bliver tosset hvis de ser en DPF bil med sorte udstødningsrør, det er tegn på at filteret ikke virker. And check with you tuner...

    Preperation for Tuning

    Fall apart, say what. My tuner have made a dosin or so of these, one have 600.000km om the the clock, about 450.000 of them tuned, nozzle upgrade and a pump repair (some kind of volt regulator).. the turbo is going to be replaced soon, and he is taling about a small upgrade..
