Well figured I'd come back on and say my issue was fixed had the original fuel pump(in the tank) replaced on the 14th at 172,000 miles and then im not sure if this could do it but my fuel return line was leaking so temporary I swapped it with a junkyard one which worked fine for two months but...

Hey all I changed the fuel pump hoping that would fix my low power right after took it for a 5 minute drive started right up parked for 15 whent to go fire it up nothing tried priming with vcds and the pumps kick on but without vcds the pumps aren't getting no power or just no power while cracking.

Update: i took off the throttle body, egr and the chargepipe and was able to drill out the bolt and rethreaded the bolt to a 5/16 and finally got it going
