Hello,
Each time I remove the lower engine shield for maintenance, I see this green fluid on the intercooler hose on the right front. It’s a neon greenish color. Any ideas? Can’t tell if it’s dripping from up higher or if it coming from the hose connection. Only known issue is a cracked DPF.
Hello. I purchased this kit for my 2010 Jetta TDI and never installed. Brand new.
Purchased from DieselDNA tuning. It’s actually a dark side development kit, apparently they drop ship them.
Can deliver if in the Seattle/Olympia I5 corridor.
Currently $900 on their site, I’ll let it go...
Hello.
My Jetta has developed this noise as it moves through the 1600-2200 rev range. I cant quite determine if its a mechanical squeak, a turbo-like hiss or maybe a belt squeal. My wife swears mechanical sound, seems more like a belt or an air hiss to me. But it is ONLY through that rev...
Well, just thought I'd bring this thread to complete. Car is back to working and running as normal, no fault codes.

Yes.. I was tracking that. Tested the asv because it's right there and that's the part I know as good.
If Turbo isn't too irritated with me I would love to see the the ASV. Throttle actuator valve diagram from his source.
The bolt on the alt shows 14.1v with red on that bolt and black lead on the neg batt term.
Across the battery, it shows 13.92. Is that a big enough discrepancy to cause the problems?
I am getting 4.8v when testing across pins 1 & 2 on the connector to the Throttle actuator valve. Wiring...
