Hello, Each time I remove the lower engine shield for maintenance, I see this green fluid on the intercooler hose on the right front. It’s a neon greenish color. Any ideas? Can’t tell if it’s dripping from up higher or if it coming from the hose connection. Only known issue is a cracked DPF.

Finally got it to download. I cant find any page that is similar to what you have provided. Specifically, yours shows the G69 TPS and the J338 Throttle valve control module as the same unit. I cant verify that in the diagrams that I downloaded. They look more similar to the Bentley manual...

Yes.. I was tracking that. Tested the asv because it's right there and that's the part I know as good. If Turbo isn't too irritated with me I would love to see the the ASV. Throttle actuator valve diagram from his source.

The bolt on the alt shows 14.1v with red on that bolt and black lead on the neg batt term. Across the battery, it shows 13.92. Is that a big enough discrepancy to cause the problems? I am getting 4.8v when testing across pins 1 & 2 on the connector to the Throttle actuator valve. Wiring...
