Yes you are right. My friend however has an 09 with a DPF that clogged and left him stranded. He was using PS Gray Bottle since he bought the car. VWoA didn't want to honor the warranty but finnally gave in. The Stealer wanted $3000 initially but they finally covered the part and labor.

Not a chemical expert, but I recently switched from Power Service to Optilube. Past three tank fulls have yielded excellent fuel economy. 103,000 miles so far on my BRM and I plan to continue using Optilube with these results.
