Update....Powered fan motor directly with 12 volts, fan spins. I tested the plug supplying the fan it is not getting voltage....suggestions??

Update....Replaced resistor on blower motor. Fan still does not work. Fuse ok. Looking for direction to diagnose the problem....I welcome the help....

Fan update. Since post fan came back on (all speeds functional). I just removed trim piece looked for melting/burning, nothing, put together and it worked. Fast forward to present day. Fan stopped working removed trim piece again and it worked. Turned car off, restarted, no fan. Removed trim...
