This just isn't right! I really feel for you folks that are getting the runaround from RicePoint. I know if it was me, I'd be climbing the flipping walls about now.
As I recall, the stipulation is that the witness will not benefit financially from the settlement, or words to that affect. To me, that rules out a spouse.

Well, I received the appointment confirmation phone call from RicePoint, this morning.
Checking on the portal shows that my offer increased by about $240. Good luck to the rest of you still in limbo.
Had they declined part of your paperwork, through no fault of your own, that might have been a different story. Glad it all went smoothly for you though.
Well, I got an email saying my documents had been received and are under review, some eight days after getting the green check marks. So they haven't completely forgotten about me. I think we've just got to bide our time, and they'll get around to us.
Hang in there iron man, they'll get their sh1t together...eventually.
I've had a week of ol' blue eyes and now a week of green checks, "maybe next week" I'm thinking.
