I didn't know that the Malone Tune 2.0 was so bad. A few questions/responses below:
1. How do I access the log of the N75 controls, IQ/ID/ start of Injection/fuel pressures/controls? I don't have baseline OEM data to compare. If I can manage to print these logs, can you compare to OEM?

I have the DPF, EGR, EGR Cooler delete, with a CR170 turbo, CP3 Fuel Injection Pump and a standard Malone 2.0 tune from Spring 2020. My car is a manual transmission. Car runs great! Better than new. Very reliable.
I did the Timing belt, T-stat, CP3 and CR170 all at the same time last winter.

Great question. I don't know if the soft touch handle unlocking is only a feature on the KESSY/Push to Start system. Honestly, I like the touchless entry, but not crazy about the push to start feature...
Brief Update - The intermittent failure turned into a permanent failure. The passenger side door handle (soft touch mechanism) was showing a short. This affects the soft lock system and is the reason neither the driver side nor passenger side worked. Dealer is replacing the passenger handle...
Picked up the JSW today from the shop. The new clutch feels great - much better pedal feel than the stock clutch. Hopefully this clutch will be good for the next 100K miles!

I am installing a new DMF (actually comes in the South Bend Stage 2 Daily kit). I do like the SMFs, converted my old 325is many years ago, but I have read nothing but horror stories about converting these CJAA TDi's to a SMF.
The time has come to replace the clutch in my 2014 JSW with just over 100K miles. The release bearing was making a horrible (scary) grinding / scraping sound and I am relieved that it is not something internal to the engine...

The CP3 pump shaft and pully mounting flange are NOT keyed. So if your pump is not producing flow or pressure, it may not be rotating. It is just a working theory...
