For anyone reading this, I had 008213 code and the dealer replaced the intake manifold for free under the extended TDI warranty.

I have an 09 that I might sell, it's at 145k now, new dpf and timing around 125, new dsg at 140 by VW, bi-hid retrofit, white exterior and black interior.

Thanks, that's a '14 SE, I'm looking for '15 SEL. The newer engine gets better fuel economy and the taller 6th gear spins less and there's a longer emissions warranty if my research is correct.

I've been looking at '15 SELs, where can you find them with 0 issues for 8k? The seller didn't mention anything about the oil, I noticed it myself on the photo of a service paper they posted. 🤷‍♂️

Thanks everyone! It has 119k and it's in northern CA. I haven't contacted them yet. It'll need dsg service now and timing belt in 10k. Being an SEL and overall good looking, but who knows the history, and needs tb soon... Is it worth more than 7.5 or 8?

How much should I worry about getting a 2015 Passat if the last oil change thousands of miles ago was Delo diesel 15w40 and STP filter? And who knows what was used before that...
