There's not much difference in any of them.
I think I went through three sets trying to press the damn things in though... so I'd say cheaper the better, and buy a couple of sets in case you mess one up. the inner one is a real pain.

When the oil pressure switch’s internal spring is overcome by the specified oil pressure, it grounds the sensor. The ECU looks for open circuit from the sensor with key on, engine off, and looks for closed circuit a few seconds after the engine starts and oil pressure builds.
