The mk6 Jettas have a switch bank in front of the shifter. The two on the ends have rounded corners. So this switch will fit in any of the center positions. Of course none of this stuff will fit the car in your sig

I would probably try cleaning it first but I doubt you'll get the smell out totally. When I do transport it (optilube) I put it in an empty plastic coffee container (Folgers classic roast :) )

Yes, you only need to unbolt the axle from the tranny and move to the side. Rawtek's instructions clearly state this.

Are you looking at the front of the headlight while you do this?
