I would say that $7500 is a fair price, the tires and wheels are worth a lot by themselves. This deal might hinge more so on the condition of the Toyota body/frame rather than the TDI swap. There could be a lot of rust hiding behind the bondo repairs. But maybe you don't care about the cosmetics...
