Re-glue the headliner, do a wheel alignment and why not drive it for a while? Once it's gone you are not likely to build another.

Did you have to do anything special? Lift the engine higher or lift kit? It seems most of the Toyota swaps are using a simplified mechanical tensioner because the A/C pulley hits the subframe I believe.

I am running a jeep TJ with an ALH conversion and my fuel filter is actually a hydraulic filter head with a generic fuel filter something that you would see on a slip tank application. I have not had any gelling problems and I have driven it below -35 deg C.

I think at the end of the day you would have to go there and test drive the truck to know exactly how well it runs and is set-up with the TDI swap.

I would say that $7500 is a fair price, the tires and wheels are worth a lot by themselves. This deal might hinge more so on the condition of the Toyota body/frame rather than the TDI swap. There could be a lot of rust hiding behind the bondo repairs. But maybe you don't care about the cosmetics...
