Front rotor hold down screw removal

I always fit a correct fitting bit then give the end of the bit a few sharp hits with the hammer, rarely failed me so far.

    DPF & EGR codes - P2002 and P0401

Try putting vw 1.6 cr tdi fault P2002 into google, I'm seeing mention of the pressure sensor and stuck exhaust flap whatever that is. I don't know much about the cr engines, this is my first and my first dpf

Golf mk3 afn to 1z hp problems

With the AFN injectors, turbo, ecu etc you should be back at the stock 110. Injector nozzles will be slightly bigger on the 110 variants. Not sure on the AHF injectors although I wouldn't be surprised if they're the same.

1.6tdi Turning over but wont start

Nope, in tank pump doesn't come on with the ignition on these. Not like the PD engines, on and off with the ignition a few times and they fired right up. I found out the hard way last year when I bought my car and did a service on it after having various older models.

1.6tdi Turning over but wont start

Might need someone with a computer to prime the fuel, they no longer self prime with the ignition like previous models.

[1.9 PDTDI BJB] Smooth idle, but total loss of power after loud bang while driving

I would be looking at the boost pipes, possible one has completely blown or even just come off. Air intake goes to turbo, then from turbo to intercooler then up to intake manifold.

Help Required, 1.4TDi 70, BNM ballache...

Might need to find out which pin on the ecu plug is which and test the continuity for the sensor, or maybe just try and a new sensor first and see if there's any improvement. Screwfix sell a failry cheap multimeter, think it's about £14 or so.

    Mk5 golf 1.9tdi

Just pull the vac pipe and plug it, might get a light on the dash though about emissions or that. I've not really had an issue with the egr clogging anything other than itself but I do use the revs rather than baby it. Only issue I had was the egr itself got clogged, 10 minutes effort and it was...

    Mk5 golf 1.9tdi

Some late 2009 1.9 tdi had a dpf but it was very rare, I doubt you'll have one but why do you want to delete the egr? I disconnected one on one of my old Mk4's but only because it was playing silly buggers lol. Does seem to help warm the car up in winter. Even my 2014 cr tdi doesn't have that...

    Mk5 golf 1.9tdi

Yeh check in the boot under the carpet, usually a sticker in there with engine code, colour code etc. I haven't seen a single tdi over here yet with the timing belt sticker still legible, not sure if brits like polishing them or something lol

How do I reset the adblue warning if it has gone down to no start?

Anyone with suitable software should be able to do it. A lot of buy the rosstech vcds set up but a lot of garages carry a decent tool.

How do I reset the adblue warning if it has gone down to no start?

Because they're stupid, seen a lot needing reset after being filled. Not sure what causes it but it certainly seems common.

    New noise after DPF replacement

Think that's something to do with an egt sensor, I bet they have bumped something while working in there.

Mk4 ,AGR AHL engine sounding damn loud ticking sound

Check the exhaust, might have broken the downpipe. The flexi can often crack. PS What horsepower is your golf? Might be the AHF engine which is the 110 hp ALH is 90 hp with vnt type turbo and AGR is like the ALH but with a wastegate type turbo.

No click amd cant jump starter

To verify the starter actually works. That's why it was suggested. Being brand new doesn't guarantee anything. We're all waiting on you testing the starter out the car in the other thread. You could also try jumper cables directly on the starter in the car, use the negative and positive cable...

    New noise after DPF replacement

It's either still a tiny leak on the exhaust or a boost pipe, one might have a split somewhere or a slightly bad connection.

    New noise after DPF replacement

Won't always sound the same, sometimes after market parts vary a bit and can make it sound different although I haven't dealt with a replacement dpf yet. Had it sound strange after a downpipe change etc though. But no harm in making sure there's no leaks especially if your getting fumes in...

Bew no crank no click no start HELP!!!

With the starter off the car, put one of the tabs where it bolts on to the engine hard against the battery negative, then use a jumper to touch the 13mm bolt where the strap between starter and solenoid connects. The one where the batter connects won't do anything unless the solenoid is...

Bew no crank no click no start HELP!!!

Keep the probes on the battery while someone tries to start it, see if the voltage plummets. You can have a battery reading 12v or more and still be kaput.
