Go for the 185 map you don`t have to flog the guts out of it all the time. I had my new golf gttdi 4 motion mapped to about 180 in 2005, it was a rocket.

Mine did the same so had it replaced under warranty but I remember reading a forum post about a cure by taking the switch apart and cleaning it

03N115562 is the correct VW oil filter and will only be one with that number, could the wrong filter have been put in the box ? The mk6 Golf GTD oil filter is 03L115562

I`ve been using Archoil 6200 for 5 or 6 years now, can`t say theres a massive difference in performance or mpg but convinced enough to continue using this quite expensive product. Used Envirox too (UK buses also used it ) but not popular.

Rdsoxx thanks for your help and interest bud, changing the vacuum pipes and putting on a 2nd hand turbo has worked, took the old turbo apart and it was sticking and sooted up.

Going to put on a second turbo that seems ok, after finding actuator arm isn`t moving fully on mine after changing the vacuum pipes.

So could be sticky vanes you reckon ? No vcds:(
