1990 Toyota pick 98 M-TDI swap need some help

I reused the Toyota cable, shortened it and made a fitting that pinches the cable. I'll try to get pics, but essentially a bolt that goes through the pump's plate with a hole for the cable pinched with 2 nuts would do the trick. 100,000 kms on my swap now and it's been trouble free.

    ALH into 95 Ranger 4x4

After swapping into my 87 4Runner, my advice is to move it forward. Less fab and more access to the rear of your diesel. Trust me, easiest part of the swap was dropping iff the driveshafts and saying change these by 3 inches. $150 boom bolt them up and go. Saved so many other clearance issues etc.

ALH TDI 1984 Toyota 4x4, Oh Yeah!

After 8 months, I can confirm this can be done to an ifs rig without a body lift. The drivetrain has to be moved forward and clearance is tight, but it'll fit.

And yet another Toyota swap, but M-Tdi.

The grill looks awesome. What is behind the main frame. It's difficult to tell on my phone. Awesome project. I'm 1/2 way through my project and seeing progress on yours keeps me in the shop every night.
