So what is the deal... is the Forester Diesel coming to the states or not? Just spoke with Subaru of America and they say no, but they didn't say much of anything other than "keep checking the website".

which head unit Is this thread pertaining to the head unit with the navigation? Or does this apply to the standard premium head unit? Or both...

Congrats. I am interested in answers to your hitch question as I would like to use my yakima hitch rack on my future Golf or JSW tdi. It is a 2" and I imagine I can only use a 1 1/4" if anything at all hitch wise. Your new car sounds awesome.

Those who own it or have spent some time playing with it on a test drive - how is the Navigation/Music hard drive system?? Is it user friendly or a nuissance? I love the idea of a built in hard drive for music, as well as built in Nav. Comments please...
