Take it to another VW Dealer - I just had my dash replaced in my 2014 JSW 2 weeks ago under CPO - it is covered.

Just got car back from service - dash replaced, drivers sunvisor replaced and high speed cooling fan replaced - all covered under CPO

Just an update - took it in for service and they found high speed cooling fan inoperative and replaced under CPO warranty

Mine is in shop right now for same thing-should be ready tomorrow

Update on dash-Parts are here and I will be taking it in next week for the repair

I know what you are thinking but I am pretty sure it is not going through a regen cycle. I have noticed in the past 3-4 days that my cooling fan runs on high speed for about 30 secs to a 1 min while driving or at idle and it cycles like this frequently. Am I not ever finishing a regen cycle or...

I have the 2014 and want to buy one from a 2009 with that part number

Thanks for the info-the reason I ask is because the part number on it is 1K9-867-871-B-45 and when I run that part number it says for 2009 JSW only

Will a rear cargo cover/shade/tonneau from a 2009 Sportwagen fit on a 2014 Sportwagen?

If your car is under the CPO warranty it is covered - Mine is wavy on top and coming up on the right side center vent - I have a new dash being ordered for my 2014 JSW by the dealer

Dealer updated me today and said the dash parts are on order and full coverage minus the $50 deductible - so if your having the same issue with yours, take it in and get it repaired!

Update on my dash warping issue- took to dealer this morning, they took pictures and said should be covered by CPO and they will order parts.

Exactly the same place as mine - Hope it is covered - I plan on taking it in to the dealer this Saturday - we will see

Just purchased a 2014 JSW with 26,700 miles 2 weeks ago. The dash above the center air vents is warping up on one side-this should be covered under the CPO correct?
