    I doubt its the vanes since i gave them a good cleaning and i can move the actuator with my fingers stop to stop. Ill see if i have a used N75 and swap it to see if it will be the same, worse or better.

    Mine did it even in N if you would slowly add throttle you would feel it shuttering from 1500-2000ish RPM. Was most noticable in 3rd gear and 5th gear had a slow down shutter on the highway past 150km/h

    I know its an old thread but my issue was in the Injection pump. If you take the top cover off you could see alot of metal shavings that came from god knows where on the magnet under the circuit board. Cleaned it out and the car runs as new! I think there is a video on youtube.

    Thanks for the reply! I have tried about 4 different types of pliers and nothing would grip the top of the welded connection. Will ask around my area if anyone actually opens up the quantity adjuster and not just the lower part of the pump.

    ANOTHER UPDATE: I installed the coolant temp sensor and it now start like it should when warm! I had to take off the turbo to clean it since limp mode came back though. The work was worth it since it now runs and drives like a dream! Just have to do some body work for it to pass inspection.

While i was there i replaced some gaskets and also sprayed MrMuscle oven cleaner into the hot side of the turbo since it was easier then feeding a tube through the EGR hole.
