I have a 2003 ALH Jetta that I’m just getting put back together has DLC764 injectors and an S7 turbo with kerma tunes around 2100 rpm it starts to pop and white smoke any help would be great

I have a 2003 VW Jetta ALH with an o2j im bought new cv axles for it to replace the originals and the new cv axle for the left side has bigger holes and bolts for the flange side that bolts to the transmission trying to figure out if this axle is for an automatic or what exactly is going on...

I got a new head from AMC and the nipple they send with it is solid no pass through on it

Does anyone happen to know a part number for this coolant nipple on the head of an ALH right below the vacuum pump

I gotcha, Being a brand new turbo i don’t think it is the problem and when i pulled the engine out of the car i didn’t find excess oil anywhere however after i got it pulled over and turned off the dip stick tube was blown off and oil was splattered in the engine bay

I don’t think it was a run away because as soon as i shut the key off it shut off so it couldn’t be a run away

It will be interesting to see when they pull that piston what the rings have to tell

That is what i was thinking but the shop hasn’t broke the engine down anymore yet to see, they keep insisting it has to be something on the fuel side. But wouldn’t you see more problems in the fuel bowl than the outer ring on the piston? Or am i not right there

How would a guy go about getting the pump tested?

Yes i sent off mine to have the new nozzles put on and have them calibrated
