    Exhaust & Tune advice please

Unless you are aiming for over 300bhp then 2.5 inch is fine. If i was you i would install a 63mm exhaust from turbo back, clean out the inlet manifold & fit a 56mm turbo then get it mapped.

    2260vk on a 2.0 170 CR

Good darts lad :) enjoy! Now get a set of: 272 cams. Uprated injectors (CP3 pump alone will only add about 10bhp on standard injectors). Uprated Sachs clutch. Port & polish the head. S3 alloy FMIC & hard pipe kit. You will see at least 300bhp but will cost you at least £4,000.

    2260vk on a 2.0 170 CR

245bhp is the limit of the standard fuel pump on the CR170 so unless you are gonna spend A LOT of money on a CP3 pump AND uprated injectors then you arent getting past 245bhp. A 56mm turbo is enough for 245bhp, a laggy 2260 is capable of about 310bhp with the right mods but wont hit full boost...

Piping for Gtb turbo on CJAA

Is it a 2.0 CR170 (2012). If so you will run out of fuel at 245bhp (fuel pump needs upgraded to get past this)

Piping for Gtb turbo on CJAA

Sounds good. Are you going to upgrade the injectors, upgrade cams or port the head?

Cr170 and 4 bar map upgrade- what’s needed

This metering valve is currently unavailable. Do you know anywhere i could buy one? Darkside hpfp metering valve costs about £170 delivered to Ireland which is far too dear..

Want to make more power. idk where to start

You could start with a 2.5" turbo back exhaust into a gutted out backbox, blank EGR, clean out inlet manifold & remap it for about 215bhp (if its a 170bhp to start with). For more power after that then you would need a 56mm or 60mm turbo, S3 intercooler & fueling upgrades.

    CP4.1 flow

305bhp on a stock pump is madness, if it is even possible the pump would probably only last weeks (funny that xman, darkside, malone etc say that 250bhp is the limit but this ONE person on a forum knows better lol). If u want the power just do the safe thing and buy a cp3 pump...simple

    CP4.1 flow

For the CR170 (2012 Seat Leon FR+ oval port) the standatd CP4.1 fuel pump can only flow 250bhp max & thats with both a 2200 rail pressure sensor & darkside metering valve. If you want more you need to upgrade to a CP3 fuel pump & injectors.

    Dpf Removal white smoke

On standard turbo 220bhp is the limit. On standard fuel system then 245bhp is the limit. You only really need to upgrade the FMIC if you upgrade the turbo.

    Dpf Removal white smoke

On top of what you have you would need a cp3 fuel pump, uprated injectors, 4bar map sensor, S3 alloy intercooler & at the very least a 56mm billet hybrid turbo then remapped for 260bhp. The standard fuel pump is only fit for 245bhp maximum.

    Dpf Removal white smoke

My 2012 Leon (CR170) has 243 bhp due to: GTC1556VZ billet turbo (2.1 bar boost). 2.5" turbo back straight through exhaust. EGR delete. Upgraded turbo outlet damper. S3 alloy FMIC. Inlet manifold cleaned out. 4bar map sensor. 2200 rail pressure sensor. Remapped by one of the best in Europe (Jonas...

    Dpf Removal white smoke

Aye its 220bhp at the very most on a stock turbo Yes you should try that method first & see how you get on. There are some poor mappers out there that would tell you anything!
