    I think i'm going crazy now... I am going to awnser my own question. I think the pressure of 1,9 bar on the back of the BOV/EGR valve wins it from the vacuum that should open the valve so the valve wouldn't open at all with this boost pressure.

    bypassing the brake-on fuel cut out

    I have cut the wire that goes from the brake switch to the ECU. I had to do it with a switch because when you cut the wire the cruise control wont work anymore. I did it for left foot braking. pretty cool!
