Why has Quantum stopped producing 5w40 Quantum Platinum oil for the PD engine and what brand oil is every one using now?

Hi Thanks for the reply guys, I really appreciate it Its a brand new vw original egr I'm worried now incase my car has more blowby than it should and is causing this. Is this possible at all because of blowby? Thanks
