I now a lady that had her engine replaced for her ea288 leaking like that. the pan was leaking and she didn't know until her car locked up. at 5k miles. I'll dig through and see if I can find the info on it
I'm glad I'm not the only one. I had the clicking crap replaced under warranty are around 10k miles. and ever since I have had the issue with it blowing through the center no matter what the selection.
I took it to the dealer and was told it was normal, so I tested 5 other cars on the lot and...
well i went to the dealer and there are two actuators. "A" is available in the US, so it is ordered. when the replace it they hope it fixes it. if not "B" is now available here yet. so they have to get "special permission" from vw to order from Europe.
when I tun off the recirc button on my a/c i get this click, click, click about 5 or 6 times then stops. has to be the blend door for that particular thing. calling the dealer and will report back..
anyone else have this issue?
Their little add on sticker said 30k almost 31. Then you add tax etc. I wore them down with price price match and after the finance guy and i got in an argument and i called vwoa and reminded them this would be my 6th new vw in 4 years they took off quite a bit lol.

can you snap a pic of it. what I have in my new golf doesn't look like what was in my passat. just want to be sure i have the same thing. i would really appreciate it.
here's mine. I guess I would remove it the same way I did on my 13 passat

My question is does the mk7 have this?, and is it just as easy to remove?
I'm not worried...

that included my taxes, title, and fees.
didn't have a chance. I've been working a lot of overtime and building a 900sqft house extension.. sucks..but by my tape the B7 is approx 37in and the CC is about 41. from the outside edge to outside edge using center of the headlight as a ref point closest to the grill edge.
like this...
I ran zero wire to the fuse box. and have 100% functionality.
total rumors saying it has power when the ign is off. i followed the diagram where pin 3 connects to pin 2(2nd schematic) and there is nothing wrong and has been in the car since week one. the homelink has never "forgotten" the...
