Natalie and I enjoyed the GTG, she really likes her new friend. I think the only person that's not happy is a certain Hemi Dodge truck owner that I introduced stage III power to. :D
Thanks David, and Jeff.
PD vs UP\'D ALH
An Up'd ALH will have the edge on a stock (100hp) PD. The PD is close down low but as the RPM's increase the difference is more noticable.
I thought I'd add aside from the window regulator (repaired under warranty while I waited) this is the 1st problem I've had in 3 1/2 years and 104k miles.
I finally got a chance this weekend to check the glow plus. As it turns out the #3 glow plug is open, no resistance. So, I've got 4 new ones on the way, $20 each from Vwparts.com
Thanks for the advice guys.
2001 Jetta TDI 104k miles.
My check engine light came on so I checked it with my Vag-Com. Fault codes are:
16764 - Glow Plug/Heater Circuit, Malfunction
35-10---Intermittent.
Anyone had this problem or know proper testing procedure for checking them,
Thanks

That's right, the car is chipped. Dyno'd 116.9whp / 202.7wtq. I'm at 99k miles, I'll hit 100 in the next couple of weeks. BTW, I've only had two problems in 99k miles.
1. Window regulator, broke on a sunny day and repaired while I waited.
2. Fuel filter drain broke (in the drivway). I replaced...
I know to some this is no big deal, but I have never had the patience to drive the car easy for that long.
The low fuel light came on at 745 miles, by 780 it was pegged on empty. I got to my station at 799, so I had to go 1/2 mile down the road and turn around.
I filled it to the neck as you...
2004 Black Golf. The first thing I noticed was the engine is a little quieter than mine, and the throttle response is more linear than mine with the Upsolute. Power was closer than I thought it would be, from 1500 to 2400 it felt about the same as mine, above 2400 mine had a little more power...
