I finally found the part number for the item. They call it a tapered ring and the number is 020409374 if you are curious. Called 3 or 4 stores in the surrounding area to finally find one.

Interesting. It fell off the end of the axle flange. I took the 6 torx bolts off to separate the CV joint and the flange, then I took the allen head bolt from the center of the axle flange. Finally, this clip fell off the end of the flange after I pulled it from the transmission. It was against...

I have ran into a big problem. I took the old flange out and when I pulled it, the spring, washer, and rings fell off and the brass tapered ring/spacer broke when it hit the floor. Not sure if it was weak as is or broke because of the concrete. Any clue where I could find another one? The Google...

My plan is to drain it completely and refill to the proper amount. My new axle flange just got here so I will begin to change that out too.

I decided to buy a new flange and seal. We will see how this goes.

I don't know how (or if) I could get just the flange without buying a whole new axle... The CV joints seem in decent shape but the boots are starting to tear pretty good. Also, isn't there a seal between the output flange and the CV joint? Maybe that's where I am leaking?

UPDATE 3/25: Cleaned it again and drove it just up the road and back. I definitely looks like it's leaking around the Axle seal now. Frustrating because I replaced the axle flange seal not 5k miles ago. I wonder if there is a larger problem with something besides the seal? I just ordered another...
