He is still on the site and you could dm him to update this. I had problems with shift tower bushing that did this. They didn't appear loose moving them by hand but when I had someone shift it as I watched it was shot. I think it may have been Jokilia who outlined some internal trans problem...

They have both the 2.5mm pt#, 2.50x074, and 3.0mmx74mm viton orings for the internal seal. I read that there is a 2.85mm oring in a thread on this site and that the BRM oil filter oring also works.
the loose nipple will cause loss of vacuum supply. The pump exhausts to the head and adds some pressure normally to the crankcase. There is an internal seal that can fail and dump excess pressure to the crankcase. If this happens you will, or soon will have oil blowing out of everywhere, puddles...
Doug, with all the traffic downstate there should boneyards on every corner. 3-5 years ago mk4's were growing like weeds in yards up here, not as much now though
I made my own, pia, I don’t think I’d do that again. DG hardware was considerably better than anything I could source also. Not sure he has any anymore though
How do you like your 2010 JSW? I’ve been thinking of upgrading just for interior comfort. It would be hard to part with either of our ALH’s though, pretty darn dependable
