A fairly high number of ALH TDIs have salvage titles. Almost any fender bender reported by you or by the other driver will result in the insurance company declaring your car as totaled. It does not matter how well it runs after you fix it, or even if it doesn't need fixing.
True. The H7/94R is a better fit than the Group 49 or H8. I picked up a Jetta wagon last spring that came with an H8 battery and it's a really tight fit. H7 and H8 are both very strong batteries.
