HELP!! No start ALH

Forgive me for starting a new thread but I can't get definitive answers elsewhere, I have a 02 Jetta 4 AHF (TDI with the red I) and I've just changed my engine. The new engine won't start. I've primed the IP and purged the injectors, I'm not getting any error codes and no gp light blinking. I'm new to this please help

Not getting any fuel from the small pipes on the injectors

When trying to start are you getting smoke out the tailpipe?

I haven't checked but I'm getting some smoke from the airbox pipe, white diesel smoke

hmm. That's not good. I assume your timing is off and/or you have mechanical issues with the new engine.
