Chasing oil burning? 1.9 TDI PD

Hi guys,
recently I've noticed a cloud of blue smoke in the mirror for a few secs after full throttle, but it only happens if I let engine running at idle for few minutes. If I'm driving it harder there is no smoke at all, black nor blue. First thought was that turbo started dumping oil in intake at idle, which then burns after boost builds up and pushes oil from IC up to intake.. but then I let it running for a few mins with boost pipe (after IC) unplugged from intake manifold, and even then after few throttle pushes there are noticeable puffs of blue smoke.. so it's not turbo on the intake side, but can it be on the exhaust side? Turbo is whining a little bit but it does it for last 4-5 yrs, and it's not overboosting.
So, can turbo blowing oil on exhaust side cause blue smoke? Or what else could it be, stuck oil rings? I've pulled glow plugs to check out if there is any oily residue on any of them, but I can't really tell.. here are the pics. Oil consumption was about 0.5qt/L per 7000miles for the last 10 years..
What else can I try? :S
It's Mk5, 1.9TDI PD 105, stage1 + EGR + cooler delete, 120k miles...

Install some sort of catch can.
Been there. Done that, another member just had the same issue and it was also the fix.

Well I'm not sure, everything was fine until a few days ago. I know that PDs have pretty inefficient CCV, but.. do You think that CCV is clogged or not filtering good enough? I tried test with unscrewing oil filler cap.. and at idle it is bouncing but with just a little reving up it gets sucked up, so CCV is working as it always has..
So, I'm afraid I'm left with turbo (exh. side), valve stem seals or piston rings.. hopefully its turbo leaking on exh. side...

Well yes, but it is usually the other way around, fuel (at ~100PSI coming from tandem pump) leaking into oil
