What are the reasons for choosing the high flow cat or the resonator? Is the straight pipe such a bad thing?

I'm looking at getting a Rawtek delete kit and appropriate tunes needed for my 2013 JSW tdi. As far as ordering exhaust pieces, am I hurting myself by getting the ECO kit and using my existing VW muffler. Any ideas and suggestions are appreciated.

I need three more liters of Mobil 1 ESP 5w-30 for a upcoming oil change. Last I bought was from ECS Tuning for $6 ish per liter with free shipping over $49 but ECS is now $9.69 liter. On Ebay- I found a case of 6 for $20 with free shipping. Like I said- this will be interesting!

For the guys that have '13 JSW's- I'm trying to find the exit point for the pano drain hoses in front. On YouTube- a bunch of exit points are shown on the various years.
