Just thought I would mention here that my co-worker and friend Bob aka Woochow passed away on Tuesday. I know he was very active here on the forums at one time and thought some might want to know. He apparently died in his sleep at 47. May he rest in peace.

Thanks for the link. It seems to me that the major difference between this tire test and CR is that CR considers things like tread life and cost. I didn't see either one of them factored in this test.

I bought Kumhos after reading about them in Consumer Reports. I am going on my third season with them and love them. I would definitely buy them again. I know most of the readers here have negative opinions of CR, but when it comes to snow tires (not cars), I think CR has more knowledge.
