We have a 2014 Passat TDI SE 60,000 miles and it would not start. Glow plug light sensor came on. We had it towed to dealership and they said it’s the Aux Water Pump. $700 to fix and not under warranty. Does this sound right?

Are you saying, only dealership can change this?

I’m having the same issue. I can’t take a chance of it shutting off. It’s 7 degrees and I’ll be on highway with my grandkids
