You do not want to use the hose clamp method. The feed line is under higher pressure than the return line. Oil acts as your turbo bearings. It seems to me you might be missing some sort of crush washer? But I can't remember if stock config has one.

Lol clearcoat isn't what gives paint it's finish. It's clear. You can paint with a matte and clear it and it still looks matte. People can do what they want, but clear is the only way to properly finish a nice paint job if you want it to last and have some sort of UV protection. Why bother even...
