Gatineau is near Ottawa (Canada) and horns are o.k. but the intercooler isn't in the best shape (I'm not sure if it is still sealed). My turbo was shot and spit oil everywhere in the intake, I cleaned it good, but oil was outside the intercooler as well ... so it's up to you. I think it is still...
