EV Update: Polestar 2 averaging 420w/mi this winter so far. That's 178.5mi of range... DC fast charging rates around 100kw -110kw tops... EA stations full all the time usually 25-30 min wait. Even the 50kw EVgo station is usually busy. 13 months left on the lease.

The vans have more than enough capacity. Fleet design IMHO is an absolutely perfect scenario if the logistics are done right. You have route thats less than the total range. Amazon says that the vans are capable of 120 miles fully loaded, and that their routes do not exceed 50 total miles. So...
