Are you mods the car heavily? if not you may consider LUK repset 17-050( it include flywheel, clutch disc, pressure plate, release bearing)
yes it's DMF. it's rated about 275 lb/ft, beyond it you may considered SMF setup

U0155,lost communication with instrument panel cluster control module, check IPC power and ground. U0146 lost communication with gateway "A", check power to Gateway module and ground. if you replaced the modules with new one. you need VCDS software to coding it before it can work right.
The pump fuel delivery union should not restricted. It has check valve and spring inside the delivery Union, but that have small holes through the check valve, so it will leaking if pump have enough fuel (pump stand alone).
it's fuel injector cover plate leaking. yes you need pull the injector if want to replace it. something like this https://www.idparts.com/injector-cover-plate-cbeacjaa-03l103113-p-5317.html#product_tabs every injector come with a o-ring and a copper seal.
It's have 2 aux fuel pumps. One inside the fuel tank, under the rear seat cushion. You should heard the pump noise when engine are running ( lift up the rear cushion). There other one just next to the time belt cover, near the fuel filter.
P2146 fuel injector group "A" supply voltage circuit shorted internally. You may check the fuel filter having any metal shavings. Check have any fuse blown. Check injectors resistance(50kΩ-700kΩ) and injectors harnesses to ECM have any broken or short to ground. Hope can help some.
