While maybe not part of the buyback itself, someone is directing the rep to put owners in front of sales. I just think it shouldn't happen.

Seeing more than one post stating that the Settlement Specialist is directing owners to speak with someone from the dealership is troubling. No one should have to speak with anyone in sales as part of the process.
