    2013 Passat TDI se dash lit up like a Christmas tree, blowing a five amp fuse. Then car with die. Replaced fuse ran for 10 seconds and dies.

    Since you've given little useful info, but I assume you are asking for help, I would look at a diagram and find out what that fuse feeds, and start looking for the short circuit. Your issue sounds familiar to me, but I'm racking my brain trying to remember what exactly the issue was that I found, but I think it was the sub-harness.

    Ha and no on the Jetta,

    sub Harness, yes, the most information I have received is something of a short somewhere. I did find a few things that were not connected all the way, and I think we’re is creating a spark, which in turn night short the fuse. Had to do with the mass airflow sensor and another vacuum line that was completely deteriorated, fixed both now we wait
