OK, the gearbox oil was changed with VW oil when it was converted. No Haldex service. However, I have a Haldex service kit from Darkside and a complete Tiguan 4Motion rear suspension I can include with the car.

No codes, not sure the service history. I could ask the guy that converted it. Are you asking about the gearbox or haldex unit?

It's great. I bought the first (I think) TDI Tiguan vwztips did and had it for several years. Being 4Motion, this one has a MQ500 gearbox vs the Golf FWD 02Q in the first Tiguan. It certainly drives differently and the ratios are much lower. But overall I do like it. If you get up this way...
