I had the assemblies out and taped all the wires as the insulation had crumbled off of most of the wires and was blowing fuses because the wires were touching. I opted to remove the "City Light" bulbs while I was in there.
See Post #326. This may be the pilot bearing spacer Matt is talking about. Post #328 references a 5mm spacer between engine and tramsmission?

You mean ClutchMasters? As far as DMF resurfacing, it can be done, the shop just has to be set up for it. I had an OEM 240mm DMF resurfaced for my Allroad 6-speed.
This happened to me last week. First three pushes on the brake pedal were hard (no vacuum) then power brakes work fine and have since that one time? I'm also interested to know why.
