One more TDI Sportwagen radio bit the dust yesterday…2011 Jetta diesel with 194,000 bought new in 2011. Radio fine yesterday morning. Afternoon…not so much…in fact dead…looking for new radio and/or advice as to model info/link to website.

Barry, are you still out there, selling radios? sending out an SOS.

Looking for a fix for a 2010 vw spotrwagen radio and found you, is there a real fix or just get what you suggested a newer model radio
I think you suggested 2014 and newer.

stopped working while driving. Checked both fuses. used radio same issue. Should we purchase an aftermarket double din and install it or do you have these radios? Or is there a fix other than the 3 min reset?

so here a couple of weeks ago the stereo went out on my 2011 VW Jetta TDI and I started researching what to do and it seems to be a common problem! Also in researching your name came up so I am checking to see if you could help me out? I also read some about upgrading to a newer unit…mine is the xxxxxxxxxAC unit and seems like guys think the xxxxxxxxxAE unit is better. Would appreciate any help.

Not sure if you're still dealing with the stereos or not. The radio on my 2011 Jetta TDI Wagon is doing something I haven't seen on any forum. The display is on, but flickering. But the sat radio won't initialize, and no sound comes from the AM/FM. I haven't pulled the radio to check the back fuse. I did do the 3 minute power hard reboot to no avail. Is this something you've seen before?
