    I have 1,9tdi AVF quattro with around 200hp and 460-500nm tourque and holds fine,no slip at all;so DMF and clutch are pretty strong on AVF engines. I do not have a dyno sheet,but with vag com shows tourque request more than 410nm(vag com don`t know to measure more than 410nm)between...

    BV43 looks so small compered with GTB2260VK! I have BV43 pd version on my car,spools fast at 1,7bar and is good for 200hp on 1,9tdi 131bhp(with FMIC).

    I have done some research for me when i upgradet my turbo with BV43 170hp PD version;i don`t remember the diferences between PD and CR turbo`s,but what i remember you can`t swap a PD turbo on CR engine and vice versa. Btw,with some search on this forum you can find the details.

    You`r engine is CR,so you need CR turbo,PD will not fit.
