Engine oil in coolant?

Bought it this way. Compression test was excellent. Thinking maybe oil cooler is on it's way out or a PO had one go out and never got the cooling system cleaned out. PO said he had just flushed the cooling system: I didn't ask him why because nothing he could say would convince me he wasn't full
