Symptoms:
1. Rock Hard Brake Pedal - took an extra few feet to actually stop the car
2. Loss of Turbo boost
I found a split in this tube (circled in red):
Length: 2 in (~5 cm)
ID: 1/2 in (~13 mm)
OD: 3/4 in (~20 mm)
Color: black
Material: Unknown, but I am guessing some sort of heat
