2001 VW Jetta TDI MK4 Green
Black leather interior.
Not Assembled or drivable.
Must sell due to unfortunate situation. $5000 obo.

Located in Southeastern Wisconsin. Willing to help haul it, within reasonable distance.
In Middle of latest Mods and can't finish.
Motor not fully assembled.
Owned since new.
Last used for autocross in 2013.
Won the 2012 Modified front wheel drive street tire SCCA Milwaukee Regional Championship.

Block has stock pistons that has coated skirts for friction reduction and domes are coated Gold thermo barrier by Swain Coatings.
Bores sized to fit.
Stock rods and crank.
All new bearings and bolts.
Outside of the block was fully hand detailed, primed and painted black.
New, in the box ARP head studs included.
Spare head, rods, pistons and crank included.

Head has been ported.
New valves, valve guides and seals.
Head was ground to cleanup and valves set to stock protrusion from face.
Head has been powder coat with aluminum color.

520 injector nozzles.

Intakes - 2 Stock.
3 - 100% cleaned Passat PD150 intakes from europe. One is powder coated smoked chrome.

Valve cover and oil pan are powder coated smoked chrome.

Turbo VNT15 has been bored out for a larger billet compressor wheel and new seals. Meant for fast spooling off of the corners for very little lag. Mechanical boost gauge in dash. New electronic boost gauge included.

Hand built 2.5" downpipe with check valve for crankcase vent and full exhaust system. Full delete. Flex pipe needs to be replaced though.

All new parts to finish engine assembly.
Timing belt and bearings, oil pump, coolant pump.

11mm Injection pump and 2 extra 10mm pumps included.

Intake system plumbing is designed to use stock airbox. Then through a 1.8T pancake pipe to side intercooler. A front intercooler was planned but not purchased. Extra pancakes pipes included. Extra side intercooler.

Fresh rebuild with new syncros and any other worn parts. New Pelican Limited Slip Differential. Audi TT short shifter.
Transmission cases have been powder coated smoked chrome.

VR6 Flywheel and clutch. Used before disassembled. Needs to be upgraded.

Oil pan, front seal carrier, injection pump bracket and alternator bracket are powder coated smoked chrome.

Car chassis is in good condition. Drivers front fender has been damaged by a semi tire blowing up next to me on the freeway.

Suspension is Koni FSD's with Eibach 32mm drop Springs.
Front has been fully converted to the VR6 / 1.8T carriers, rotors and calipers.
Energy Suspension Urethane Bushings. A new set is included.
Stainless steel brakelines.
One extra set of front VR6 bearing carriers.

A custom sway bar was mounted into the rear crossbar of the rear assembly.

.New unpainted front grill and side skirts.

A Malone tune is in the car but would need a revised tune. A Malone Flashzilla downloader included.

17inch Konig Tantrum wheels, 225/45 ZR17 Continental Extreme Contacts.
Another set of new wheels with Hankook Ventus R-S3 Used 5 times for autocross events. Changed and removed at the track.

Rear trailer reciever hitch. Ball not included.
