Default 2017 annualized fuel economy

There has been no monthly listing for some time, but those of us that do tabulate might want to brag or complain about our own result for the just completed year.

2017 annual mileage, one summary entry for the entire year.

Driver: Lug_Nut
Miles: 14,255
Gallons: 301.420
Model Year: 2005
Model: Jetta wagon
Tranny: 5M
Fuel Type: B77

235.447 gallons of B99 and B100 out of the total work to an annual average of B77.3%
Mileage is 47.293 mpg. <edit: 4.97 l/100km>
(f.w.i.w: subtracting the 2,212 mile eclipse view, camper tow, vacation trip in lieu of TDIFest, my mileage would have been 49.403 mpg. <edit: 4.76 l/100km>)

compare to last year:
2016 annual mileage, one summary entry for the entire year.

Driver: Lug_Nut
Miles: 12,416
Gallons: 256.435
Model Year: 2005
Model: Jetta wagon
Tranny: 5M
Fuel Type: B76

195.1 gallons of B99 and B100 out of the total work to an annual average of B76.1%
