No TDIs Currently, I have an R36 Corrado. I've had an ALH Corrado swap, AHU Corrado swap and 2003 TDI Jetta
Cat 236-6057 Fuel Filter

Its dimensions are much better for my application than the 750 that most use in Mk4s

Efficiency Rating : Standard Efficiency
Primary vs Secondary : Secondary
Installation Type : Spin-on
Diameter / Length (MM) : 77.0
Height (MM) : 99.0

I'm also curious about:

I know the CAT High Efficiency has a nominal restriction at 10 GPH of 5" WC...virtually zero and this is a 2 Micron (Absolute) rated filter.

The OEM filter showed approx 15" WC at the 10GPH flow rate but only filters to approx 15-20 microns nominal.

The CAT High Efficiency filter removed over 5 MILLION particles per gallon on the first pass, this was validated in the testing we did back when the filters were first launched.

The benefit to the High Efficiency filter is that it is rated for 3500 gallons of consumed fuel, where as the OEM filter is only rated at 500 gallons due to particle entrapment limitations of the filtering media.

With an adapter, virtually any diesel as long as you have the space.

The VE posed a unique challenge since the injection pump suction feeds fuel all the way from the tank, thru a filter and finally into the pump. The filters could not impose any more restriction than stock, the CAT beat the stock filter by a very wide margin.
