Default Pig Roast Details

Just got the final word.

Don Jacobs VW and Volkswagen of America will be sponsoring the pig roast for TDIFest 2011!!!

The pig roast will take place on the dealership lot at the intersection of Nicholasville Road and New Circle Road. You can see the dealership from the hotel.

Sales Manager Andrew Beaven will be present to answer your questions about any of the TDIs they have in stock. Vehicles will be available for test drives. This includes an new 2012 Passat TDI.

Pig(s) and sides will be cooked onsite. Meat is being donated by Steven Clem (Richmondkytdi) of Clem's Meats, so remember to thank him.

Just for continuity, the timed scenic drive terminates at the dealership.

Remember, everyone that paid for a regular or companion registration is eligible to attend, up to a max of 200 folks.

Happy to do it Bruce! Sorry it took so long to get ironed out, but it all worked out in the end. We're looking forward to having you guys out and feeding everyone. It wouldn't hurt our feelings too bad if everyone keeps us in mind when they need a new TDI either, LoL!

This sounds awesome! I love the idea of the scenic drive ending at the dealership.

What is the timing of this starting? Is it still to the agenda previously posted?
I want to be sure that the show is wrapped up so as to not interfere with any exhibitor's dinner.

Jon, just reviewed the schedule. You're golden.

We'll send off the non-SNS folks on the timed drive first, with lots of time for your folks to get in.

Actually, 250 folks. The dealer is bringing in some of their "local" diesel drivers to mingle..........they're paying, so why not?
