I keep checking to see how many members are registered on the TDIFest page, so I thought I'd share my findings!

Well... By the latest fests I meant the total amount of members registered to the other Fests, (Montréal, Ohio, D.C. etc)

Edit: I should have said "the past Fests"

And rate of registrations, too.
There has almost always been a flurry of registrations in the final weeks.
The organizers don't have a chance of relaxing with the knowledge that their up-front expenses will be covered until the last few days.

I don't see a separate thread about this, so I will ask my question here. This "scenic drive" was not an option when I first registered for the fest. I have been reading about it (and I am interested) but I am a bit confused about how it will work.

It is supposed to be from 5:30 to 7:00 PM and it says that cars will depart the hotel in 3 minute intervals. If there are already 57 cars registered, the arithmetic just doesn't work. 57 cars at 3 minute intervals will take almost 3 hours just to depart the hotel. How will we (they) all get back in time for the pig roast. I would enjoy a scenic drive through the hills of central KY (I'm somewhat familiar with the area), but a three hour wait to get started seems a bit much.

How do you plan to handle nearly 60 vehicles at 3 minute intervals in one and a half hours? The math just doesn't work. I thought that only politicians can deny that math exists. Thanks.

Have Fun!

Don
